Job Description:
- perform general office administration, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage office upkeep and coordinate with vendors.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Represent the company in client meetings and project bid submissions.
- Support Business Development meetings and strategic planning.
- Attend events to promote cornpany visibility.
- Handle the submission and pick-up of project bids.
- Engage walk in Clients.
