In the email, candidates were told
“Dear Applicant, This is a follow-up to your recent application to the Federal Civil Service. Important: You are required to fill out an additional form within 72 hours of receiving this email. To proceed with your application, please log in to your profile on our recruitment portal using your credentials. Completing this form signifies your intention to move.”
How to check shortlisted applicants for Federal Civil Service Commission Recruitment Exercise 2025
The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has shortlisted candidates for its ongoing recruitment exercise. Applicants can now log into their profiles on the official recruitment portal to check their application status.
To check your status on the portal:
Log in to the FCSC website https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng with your email and password
Shortlisted applicants will see the message that reads, “You have been shortlisted! Please proceed with the next steps of the application process by filling out the Shortlisted Candidates Form below.”

About Federal Civil Service Recruitment 2024
The FCSC recruitment exercise started on January 27, 2025, and closed on March 20, 2025. This recruitment is aimed at filling various positions within the Federal Civil Service.
It is open to all eligible Nigerians, who are required to upload documents such as their CV, degree certificates, NYSC certificates, and other relevant documents.
The Federal Civil Service has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the next stage of recruitment. Selected candidates are instructed to fill out a form to complete their application registration.
