Job Description:

• As a Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge within our organization.
• This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to kick-start their career.
• Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various departments, functions, and projects, enabling you to understand our business operations holistically while honing your expertise in your chosen field.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Participation: Actively engage in all aspects of the graduate training program, including workshops, seminars, on-the-job training, and mentorship sessions.
• Department Rotations: Rotate through different departments within the organization to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of various functions such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, etc.
• Project Work: Contribute to real-time projects under the guidance of experienced professionals, applying theoretical knowledge gained during academic studies to practical business scenarios.
• Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-study, participation in training sessions, and seeking guidance from mentors and supervisors.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and gain insights into different perspectives and working styles.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, project progress, and key learnings, providing regular updates to supervisors and program coordinators.

Qualifications and Requirements:
