The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) has started issuing appointments to successful candidates following the recent recruitment exercise, with April 14, 2025, set as the employment start date.

The NNPC’s recruitment, which began in July 2024, aimed at employing both graduate trainee and experience-level roles across different sectors within the company.
On Monday, February 17, the NNPC Limited announced it has concluded its recruitment exercise and will start issuing application letters to the successful applicants.
“NNPC Limited is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its recruitment exercise, which was conducted with utmost fairness, transparency, and rigor, and is highly regarded as one of the best in the country,” the company said in a statement.
The company confirmed that successful candidates will be receiving their appointment letters soon. NNPC Limited also took the opportunity to thank all those who participated in the recruitment exercise.
“We express our sincere gratitude to all applicants who participated in the process. We are hopeful that those who were not selected this time will look forward to future opportunities with NNPC Limited,” the statement added.

NNPC Limited’s recent recruitment, which started in July 2024, offers numerous opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced professionals. The company aims to fill a variety of roles across different fields, seeking to attract talented and motivated individuals to enhance its workforce.
