This route requires sponsorship from a recognized religious institution, proof of sufficient maintenance funds, and an English language proficiency requirement (CEFR B2 level).
While the Religious Worker visa (Temporary Worker) is for individuals supporting religious organizations in non-pastoral roles, such as administrative staff, volunteers, or those working in a religious order without leadership duties. This route also requires sponsorship and financial maintenance proof, but does not mandate English language skills. However, it is strictly temporary, capped at a maximum stay of two years (or 24 months), and does not lead to settlement.
