- Implement and monitor internal control systems. policies and SOPS
- Conduct stock audits, process audits and compliance
- Monitor inventory stock variances, wastages, damages, and adjustments.
- Identify operational risks, control gaps and process weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review transactions and documentation for accuracy. completeness and compliance
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records
- Monitor adherence to approved procedures, authorization limits and segregation of duties
- Investigate irregularities, losses and control breaches and escalate significant findngs.
- Track implementation and closure Of audit recomrnendations.
- Prepare internal control, audit and cornpliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 3—6 years’ relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance.
MANDATORY:
- proven experience working in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, audit procedures and compliance rnonitoring.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical. investigative and problem -solving skills.
- High integrity. confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
