• The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the Oil & Gas portfolio, driving business development initiatives, expanding market share, managing key client relationships, and leading a high‑performing team to achieve the Bank’s financial and strategic objectives.

Job Details

• Drive business growth, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation within the Oil & Gas sector
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with the Bank’s objectives
• Build and manage relationships with Oil & Gas companies and key industry stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and structure financial and transactional solutions
• Supervise, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and Business Development teams
• Monitor performance, pipelines, and achievement of business targets
• Ensure strong credit quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and KYC standards
• Represent the Bank at industry forums and stakeholder engagements
• Drive cross‑selling across Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline (additional qualifications are an advantage)

• Proven track record in sales leadership, relationship management, and revenue delivery
