Training and Onboarding Officer – Osogbo

Description:

• Responsible for the training of potential candidates and onboarding successful Champions for MAX.
• Track riders progress within the onboarding program.
• Conduct orientation training to inform new hires about company policies and procedures.
• Ensure new drivers are onboarded effectively and understand clearly the obligations detailed in the service contract.
• Suggest periodic training for Champions e.g. health and safety.
• Follow up to ensure a smooth application process and proper implementation of training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience with training/imparting knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of developing orientation systems and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A start-up attitude- willingness to work hard to get things done
• Ability to make discretionary judgment and to manage and impart confidential information

Rewire Technician – Motorcycle & Tricycle – Osun

Description:

• We are looking for a reliable and seasoned Technician – Motorcycle and Tricycle Rewire – who will be responsible for promptly and efficiently maintaining the fleet of vehicles within the system. 
• The Ideal candidate will bring fresh knowledge of best practices, identify research needs in the technical space roadmap, actively manage and facilitate communications with stakeholders, and be responsible for supporting the ongoing development within the team. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform vehicle routine and corrective maintenance. 
• Assess and diagnose problems with faulty vehicles.
• Replace and repair  defective parts and materials.
• Efficiently maintain assets within agreed SLA
• Store and account for old and replaced parts.
• Generate maintenance reports.
• Work with other technicians to solve multifaceted problems.
• Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
• Visit workshops during repair to ensure new and original spare parts are fixed on our vehicles
• Assistance in emergency rescue of MAX vehicles
• Provision of reports on every vehicle repair work
•  Carry out periodic spare part price survey
• Report on activities within the workshop

Qualifications and Requirements:

What You’ll Need: 

• Good communication skills
• Experienced Motorcycle rewire or Motorcycle mechanic or Tricycle mechanic
• The ability to manage resources.
