Description:

• The Brand Officer plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining TEF’s brand identity across all platforms.
• This role ensures that the Foundation’s messaging, storytelling, and visual E communication reflect its mission and reinforce its leadership in African entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Strategy:

• Execute TEF’s brand strategy across communication channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Protect and enhance brand reputation
• Ensure alignment with TEF’s identity and values

Marketing, Communications & Storytelling:

• Develop brand-led campaigns and content
• Support programme launches and communication initiatives
• Create reports, presentations, and digital assets
• Amplify impact stories across Africa

Graphic Design & Visual Content:

• Design digital and print materials (social media, reports, flyers)
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals
• Maintain visual consistency across platforms

Digital & Media Support:

• Manage brand presence across digital platforms
• Monitor media coverage and brand performance
• Support reporting and analytics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors
• Promote internal brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
