Description:
- If you hold an HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrica l/ Electronics Engineering and have just completed (or are about to complete) your NYSC, this program was designed with you in mind.
- No prior industry experience needed, you’ll be trained on the job by experienced technical teams.
We’re recruiting into three technical tracks:
- Power Plant & Utility, Plant operations, power generation, utility systems
- Electrical & Instrumentation, Electrical systems, control instrumentation
- Metallizer Slitting, Metallizing and slitting line operations

Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Completed NYSC (recently passed out or completing soon)
- Willingness to relocate to / commute within Shagamu, Ogun State
- No prior work experience necessary — just a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to build a long-term career in industrial operations
- Built for HND Holders, No BSc Bias, No Experience Required
Remuneration
- Overtime payment
- Feeding allowance

- Structured, hands-on technical training program with experienced engineers
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
