Digital Marketer

Description:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Bank’s products and services.
• Create online strategies to increase customer acquisition, deposits, loans, and brand awareness.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across digital channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain the Bank’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on digital platforms promptly and professionally.
• Grow and maintain the Bank’s online audience and engagement.

Content Creation & Branding:

• Develop compelling marketing content for digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency of the Bank’s brand identity across all online channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote products, campaigns, and events.
• Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional messages.

Website & Online Presence:

• Update and manage website content regularly.
• Improve website visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools.

Advertising & Lead Generation:

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Generate quality leads for savings accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Track return on investment (ROI) for digital campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.

Description:

• Conducting confidential investigations on control breaches.
• Report Internal Control deficiencies identified on the field work with marketers and Loan Officers.
• Ensure adequate care and maintenance of bank’s properties.
• Monitors organization wide compliance with laid down policies, processes and procedure to ensure adherence.
• Review & manage the day-to-day activities attendance register and operational issues.
• Ensure that strategies defined are implemented by Internal Audit Team for accomplishment of the department’s objectives.
• Carry out specific management assigned tasks.
• Coordinate Internal Control Officers in the different regions and ensuring that their activities are carried out as outlined.
• Assist in carrying out Full Scale Inspection & Audit.
• Calling over of transactions.
• Quality control.
• Checking of Loan Officer’s daily transactions.
• Report all form of infraction affecting the business arising from daily situations on a weekly basis.
• Spot check on Operations & Outreach
• Assess the primary risks facing the bank and identify risk mitigation measures.
• Managing the risks associated with the different Units in the bank (Enterprise Risk Management) and following up to ensure compliance on all observations.
• Handles customer’s complaints via Toll-Free Telephone Line, investigates arising situations and reports to the Unit Head for the bank’s management action.
