Audit Officer

Description:

Location: Coker, Orile, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.
• Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform periodic cash counts, stock counts, and asset verification exercises.
• Investigate irregularities, policy violations, and suspected fraud cases.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Conduct surprise audits and spot checks at stations and departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Management in identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Auditing, Accounting, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CIA) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month

Terminal Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor the movement of vehicles arriving at and departing from the terminal.
• Ensure vehicles are dispatched according to approved schedules and routes.
• Monitor vehicle availability and ensure requested vehicles are provided on time.
• Ensure proper allocation of buses/vehicles to scheduled trips.
• Monitor boarding, loading, departure, and arrival processes.
• Ensure operational delays are promptly identified, escalated, and resolved.
• Maintain effective communication with the Terminal Manager and Operations Department on operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and standards.
• Escalate vehicle shortages, breakdowns, delays, or other operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers and other operational personnel to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Monitor driver punctuality and readiness for scheduled trips.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
