Mechanical Design Engineer (Graduate)

Description:
Support the design of mechanical systems and equipment for industrial and construction projects, including piping, HVAC, and static/rotating equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical equipment sizing, selection, and specification
- Support preparation of piping layouts, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings
- Assist in HVAC and utility system design as required
- Support design coordination and technical documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or equivalent minimum)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- COREN registration (in view) is a plus

Support the design of electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, and instrumentation interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of electrical single-line diagrams, load schedules, and cable schedules
- Support design of power distribution, lighting, and earthing/lightning protection systems
- Assist with equipment sizing and specification
- Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure integrated deliverables
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Electrical/Electrical-Electronics Engineering (2:1 or equivalent minimum)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and/or relevant design software is an advantage
- Good understanding of electrical design codes and standards
- COREN registration (in view) is a plus
