Description:

• Assist the HRD in promotion and implementation of human resource planning.
• Implementation of recruitment plan, Recruitment channels, and construction of talent pool.
• Inspect and issue monthly employee salaries and implement performance appraisal/incentive management plan.
• Implementation of the corporate culture and related activity plan.
• And other HR work related.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverages industry.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the food and beverages industry.
• Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to motivate employees.
• Lead organizational development initiatives including training, leadership development, and succession planning.

Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month
