- Inspect and issue monthly employee salaries and implement performance appraisal/incentive management plan.
- Implementation of the corporate culture and related activity plan.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverages industry.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the food and beverages industry.
- Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to motivate employees.
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month
