Description:

• We’re hiring fluent English-speaking, confident, and articulate Cold Callers based in Nigeria to reach prospects across the United States. You’ll be the first voice of our company, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, handling objections, and converting prospects into paying customers.
• The ideal candidate must communicate clearly and confidently in English, build rapport with American prospects, and thrive in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US prospects.
• Introduce our products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads by identifying their needs, budget, and decision-makers.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving.
• Convert interested prospects into customers who subscribe to our service.
• Record every call, outcome, and follow-up accurately in the CRM.
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Share feedback on common objections and lead quality with the team.

What counts as a successful conversion?

• A successful conversion occurs when a client subscribes to our service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales.
• Experience communicating with American clients or prospects.
• Fluency in spoken English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with American prospects.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection and remaining resilient.
• Reliable laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and backup power or data.
• Basic CRM and calling software skills, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Hours:

• Candidates must be available to work during US business hours, which fall between afternoon and late night in Nigeria.
• Typical shifts run from 2 PM to midnight WAT, depending on business needs and the US time zones being served.
• Applicants must be comfortable working late shifts and maintaining consistent availability during US business hours.

Compensation

• Base Salary: N150,000 per month.
• Commission: N400,000 for every successful conversion.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: The more customers you convert, the more you earn.
