Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced HubSpot Marketing Assistant to support their Marketing Manager across content publishing, community engagement, email marketing, and CRM administration, all managed primarily through HubSpot. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who already understands the fundamentals of digital marketing and can hit the ground running with minimal training. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute on strategy, freeing her up to focus on high-level planning, brand storytelling, and content production. This is not an entry-level role; our client needs someone who can confidently manage day-to-day marketing operations independently, with clear direction rather than step-by-step instruction.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms via HubSpot
- Write engaging captions for routine/templated posts, aligned with the company’s brand voice and messaging
- Manage community engagement: responding to comments and direct messages, escalating sensitive or complex enquiries as needed
- Build, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters via HubSpot
- Maintain CRM data hygiene in HubSpot: updating and tagging marketing contacts and cleaning lists
- Build and manage marketing reports in HubSpot, tracking content, email, and campaign performance
- Create and manage HubSpot workflows to support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
- Maintain the content calendar: tracking deadlines and following up with internal stakeholders for updates, photos, and approvals
- Assist with day-to-day management of existing Meta Ads campaigns, monitoring performance and making minor optimisations as directed (campaign strategy, budget, and all major decisions remain with the Marketing Manager)
