Job Description:
- Meet the hiring manager for job openings at their site
- Post job roles on the job board
- Source for qualified candidates
- Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
- Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow up
- Interview with the hiring manager
- Create a recruitment report
- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlisted
- Send offer letters out after final approval
- Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
- Open a new file for a new employee
- Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes, and checklists are signed and approved

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-3 years working experience as a recruiter
- Proficient in the use of computer
- Great attention to details
- Experience in Technical recruitmtent
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm
Salary Package: N120,000- N150,000 with HMO and Pension
Leave Benefits: 12 days sick leave and 12 days annual leave
Proximity to the location is an added advantage.
