Job Description:
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their department to ensure their needs and goals are met.
- Manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from screening and sourcing to interviewing and final offer negotiation
- Identify best practice and manage improvement in recruitment processes
- Track, analyze and summarize statistics to determine effectiveness of recruitment sources
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Skills :
- 1+ years of experience in Mobile/technology industry recruitment
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented, resourceful and able to multitask efficiently
