Custodian III

Specifications:

Description:

• Ensure proper cleaning of all offices and conveniences in the buildings.
• Raise material requisitions/issues for outsourced contractor’s use on a daily and weekly basis.
• Distribution of toiletries to the contractor’s staff in all the buildings on daily basis.
• Monitor custodian contractor’s staff on their daily routine job for satisfactory performance.
• Follow up from time to time on daily cleaning activities with the buildings representatives in their respective buildings.
• Receive work order and follow up with the requestors to meet work deadline.
• Measure floor spaces when needed for work order requests.
• Keep proper record of all cleaning activities, materials, machines and tools.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience or National Diploma in Business Administration or any other related course with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.

Mechanic II

Field Research Support

• Assist in implementing research protocols and surveys.
