Where you’ll create impact

• Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
• Deep sourcing expertise – you find talent beyond inbound
• Analytical: you track what’s working and manage against KPIs

• Base salary: $120,000 – $170,000 USD
• Variable compensation: $15,000 – $60,000 USD
