• Track and reconcile inventory across outlets, ensuring accuracy in records and physical counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Properly account for inventory & COGS in line with GAAP/IFRS; post adjustments and journal entries.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid over/under stocking, control costs, and prepare periodic inventory reports.
• Collaborate with audit and operations teams to ensure accurate valuation, compliance, and timely reporting.
