The LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator Programme (LAP) is a specialized capacity-building initiative designed to bridge the gender gap in leadership by empowering high-potential young African women aged 23–35. This multi-phase program combines a three-week virtual learning curriculum, an intensive in-person bootcamp, and a three-month mentorship period to equip participants with the executive presence and strategic skills necessary to navigate corporate politics and ascend to top-tier leadership roles.
Participants will gain access to a powerful pan-African sisterhood of professionals, providing a lifelong network for collaboration and career support. Beyond the networking opportunities, the program offers hands-on training in wealth building, emotional intelligence, and organizational strategy, culminating in a certificate of completion from the LEAP Leadership Institute that validates their readiness for executive responsibilities.
