The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program connects talented young people with 12-month internships across Africa.
The program works through partnerships with external organisations and Foundation partner organisations to support Associates in developing leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship skills following graduation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program, you must meet the critera below:
- Education: Recent graduate from any tertiary institution.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Experience: 0–2 years of work experience.
- Special Note: Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumni are strongly encouraged to apply.
