Job Description:

• Document Management: Develop, implement, and maintain document management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate, complete, and secure storage of physical and electronic records.
• Compliance: Verify compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Documentation Control: Control and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
• Information Retrieval: Provide timely and accurate information to authorized personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Library Science.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document management, records management, or a related field.
• Certified Records Manager (CRM): Offered by the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM).
• Certified Document Imaging Administrator (CDIA): Offered by the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).

Skills:

• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to categorize, prioritize, and maintain complex documentation systems.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in document management and record keeping.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management software, electronic record-keeping systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
