Description:
As our Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections for our subscription business. You’ll investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, resolve them directly with customers, reconcile billing and payment records against the ledger, and fix the processes that keep causing them. You’ll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller, with lasting and broad ownership from day one.
Billing, AR, collections and reconciliation are core, permanent responsibilities. What grows is the build side. As you learn our systems and reporting definitions you’ll take ownership of MRR/ARR reporting, and we’ll expect you to automate the manual workflows behind it rather than maintain them. If you’d rather fix the process than work the queue, that’s the part of this job that gets bigger.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla’s behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits, and working with Customer Success on complex or sensitive billing cases.
- Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers.
- Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather than just resolving individual cases as they come up.
- Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, explaining timing and definition differences, and producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis that helps Finance understand what has changed and why.
- Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, and moving routine work towards exception-based processing.
- Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective: defining requirements, testing outcomes and monitoring exceptions, and partnering with Product and Engineering when a technical change is needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla’s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions and following issues through to resolution.
- Has personally resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
- Has run customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business, and is hands-on with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio, Paddle or similar.
- Is skilled at reconciliation, and able to independently work through why two financial or customer datasets don’t agree.
- Has strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Is comfortable using AI and automation to reduce manual work, and can point to a recurring Finance process they personally improved or automated.
Most people in this role will have at least four years of relevant experience. We haven’t set an upper limit, because we care far more about what you’ve owned and how you’ve progressed than the number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn’t exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement – let’s buck that trend!
Bonus skills
While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio or Paddle.
- Experience with a collections platform such as Upflow.
- MRR, ARR, churn or subscription-revenue reporting.
- SQL or self-service BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI or Holistics.
- Experience building or maintaining automations using tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make or Python.
- Multi-currency billing, pricing/packaging changes, or ERP migrations.
- A professional accounting qualification.
Benefits:
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay €40,960-€51,200 + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you’re buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being

Description:
As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you’ll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You’ll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one.
Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you’ll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Let’s face it: we’re a scale-up, so you’ll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires.
We’re looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who’ll tell me when I’ve got it wrong. You’ll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you’ll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up.
I’m biased, but I think it’s a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, we’ll have immense amounts of fun, there’s plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and I’m committed to helping you to do the best work of your life.
A quick check: if you’ve never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), please don’t apply. Automation is just that central to the job.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla’s behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey – from pre-boarding to off-boarding – that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters
- Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated.
- Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in.
- Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.
- Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently.
- Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that it’s structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents.
- Working with me to maintain a clean line between what’s self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla’s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list.
- Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities.
- Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems.
- Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before.
- Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You’ll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters.
- Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills.
Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you’ve owned, your impact and how you’ve progressed, than the exact number of years.
- Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
- HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
- Experience supporting a team through organizational change.
Benefits:
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: €42,640 – €53,300 + Share Appreciation Rights (SARS).
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you’re buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities.
- Stimulating work environment: Tackle new challenges and work with innovative technology in a dynamic setting.
- Connect with your team: Join optional fun virtual socials, AMAs with team members and leadership, and regular fun chats. Build a strong sense of community!
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.
Manager, SMB Sales

- Category: Tech
- Benefits: €120K – €151K per annum | €2,000 Remote Work Budget | Equity

Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of 6–8 SMB Account Executives, who own the full sales cycle from the initial outreach to close. You’ll own the SMB number, build a high-performance culture where the best sellers thrive.
This is a true player-coach role: the antithesis of a hands-off, dashboard-only manager job! You’ll be on calls with your team every day, jumping in to help them close, modelling the behaviours and standards you expect, and turning every deal into a coaching moment. When a deal is stuck, you get on the call. When a rep is struggling with a stage, you show them how it’s done. You don’t wait for things to go wrong – you’re out ahead of it, making your team and the company better.
You’ll use Gong and HubSpot deeply to inspect pipeline, coach reps, and continuously raise the bar. If you love being in the trenches with reps, getting on live calls, and showing people exactly how to close, this role is the one for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives, owning their ramp, performance, career growth, and creating a team culture people want to be part of and recommend to others.
- Carry the team SMB quota, owning forecasting, pipeline health, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, using HubSpot deeply for pipeline inspection, sequence performance, and reporting.
- Run high-impact 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline reviews focused on specific behaviors, using Gong daily to identify coaching opportunities, codify what great looks like, and accelerate ramp.
- Be on a high-volume of live sales calls every week, joining discoveries, demos, and negotiations to support reps, model best practices, and step in to close when it matters.
- Think and deliver in an AI-first way, using tools like Claude and n8n to reduce admin, improve rep performance, and help the team adopt AI effectively.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the SMB sales playbook, including discovery frameworks, demo structure, objection handling, and closing motions.
- Partner with VP Sales, Marketing, GTM Operations, and Customer Success to drive consistent SMB pipeline and customer outcomes, train the team, and surface front-line insights back to Product and Leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla’s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a non-corporate, async-first, remote environment.
- Has experience managing SMB SaaS sales teams with a clear track record of hitting and exceeding quota, and a background as a top-performing closer before moving into management.
- Is a genuine player-coach: you actively want to be on live calls, jump into deals, and demonstrate how to close.
- Operates in a high-accountability environment: holding high standards for themselves and their team.
- Has deep, hands-on proficiency with Gong and HubSpot, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal stage discipline, call coaching, and reporting.
- Has strong coaching skills and a repeatable framework for developing reps with radical candor, plus experience hiring and ramping SMB closers in a high-velocity environment.
- Is very comfortable using AI tools, including Claude and n8n, and keen to help the team adopt them effectively.
While we hire for skills over specific years of experience, we would generally expect that someone with the above skills has 3-5 years of Sales management experience. This is not a first-time manager role!
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you’re interested in this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly match the description, please still apply.
Bonus skills
While this isn’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have experience:
- Selling and managing teams in HR tech, ATS, recruitment, talent assessment, or recruiting software.
- Leading SMB teams in a product-led, PLG-influenced, or self-serve-to-sales motion.
