Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our client’s growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring our content strategies to life by creating high-quality written and visual content, repurposing long-form materials into short-form formats, and crafting engaging social media content across our brand portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Team Lead, Marketing & Communications, to execute content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling written copy for blogs, newsletters, websites, and social media.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, articles) into short-form content such as Instagram carousels, reels, video scripts, or tweet threads.
• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Assist with content planning, ideation, and execution based on brand goals.
• Design and create on-brand visual content, including simple graphics or social posts(using tools like Canva).
• Write clear, engaging captions and CTAs tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay current on content trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content writing, social media, or a related role. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and digestible formats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: N150k – N200k per month

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and backlink strategies

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
